1. How long before I get my item?

All of our pieces are made to size and/or measurements when and order is placed. Turnaround time varies depending on work load. Time frame on all made to order items may take up to 2 weeks (7-14 business days)

We ship via USPS Priority Mail 


2. Do you offer express mail? Yes & No (WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING EXPEDITED SHIPPING DUE TO VOLUME OF ORDERS).

We offer expedited shipping but that only means that your item will be placed in front of other orders to get it shipped out in time for the date needed. (Next day shipping for our items is not offered as all items are made to order) Before placing an order please let us know by what date you will need the item to make sure that it is placed with enough time.

*We will then create a reserved express mail shipping listing that you will need to add to your cart along with the desired items.


3. Can you custom a specific outfit for my birthday?

Yes, we love to custom birthday fits to match theme color, shoes etc. You can select any style that we currently have on our site in a different color, make it short/long sleeve etc. **Please note that as respect for other designers we will not replicate designs**. We guarantee that you will look fabulous on your special day in your Getwaisted custom fit. 


4. Do you offer wholesale? 

At the moment we are not offering wholesale. Sorry for any inconvenience.


5. What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. On exceptions only of a mistake on our end, items must be returned or exchanged in same condition received. All items must be return within 7 days of receipt.  **buyer is responsible for shipping cost.** 


6. What is my tracking number?

Once the item is ready to be ship we print the label via Paypal and an email confirmation with tracking number is sent to the email associated with your paypal account. (sometimes will be found in the spam/junk mail).  **Please note that all shipping labels print with the address on each customer's paypal account**. We are not responsible if the address is not correct.

ALL ITEMS SHIP TO CONFIRMED/VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESSES ONLY

Orders processed using UNVERIFIED and UNCONFIRMED paypal accounts will be canceled.
